Whoopy Shop is an online-based store in the Philippines.
- All items are PRE-ORDER (unless stated if on-hand item) you can expect your order to be shipped in 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS upon payment.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays will be processed the next business days.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail or a text message informing you the tracking details.
DELIVERY – LOCAL or INTERNATIONAL
- For local orders (Metro Manila or Provincial), we use jntexpress.
- For international we use DHL, LBC or FEDex upon quotation of the shipping rate.
- For International Orders, you may send us an e-mail at whoopyshop@yahoo.com.ph for quotation
- We do not accept exchange of item/s for international purchases
RETURNS POLICIES
WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT REFUNDS & RETURNS UNLESS THE ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR LOST DURING THE TRANSIT.
Kindly also be reminded that we cannot process returns for items that have been used, worn, or washed, as they no longer meet the eligibility criteria for return.
SAME DAY DELIVERY FOR ON HAND ITEMS
- We offer same day delivery service via Grab Express/Lalamove delivery
INVENTORY
- In rare circumstances, technical discrepancies occur within the online store.
- In case a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified via email as soon as the issue is brought to our attention and given a refund or preferred resolution.
